BEERS, Georgetta

Georgetta Beers of Aurora, formerly of Leadville, died Jan. 24.
Beers was probably born in Kansas on Aug. 25, 1921. Her father was George Beers. She moved to Leadville with her father about 1930. She fondly remembers as a young girl meeting and helping Baby Doe Tabor. 
She worked as a ranch hand near Leadville until she moved to Denver sometime around 1958. 
She is survived by two sons, Jim Holitza of Broomfield and David Beers, and daughter Annette Bishop of Sterling.
