JOHNSON--At St. Lukes hospital, Denver, Wednesday, June 3, 1903, of chronic nephites, Peter Johnson, aged 62 (hard to read, could be 82).
Mr. Johnson has been well known in Longmont for about twenty-five years.  A hard working successful farmer and an honorable man.  He leaves a wife but no children.
The remains were to Longmont Thursday morning and taken to the undertaking rooms of E. G. Jones.  The funeral was appointed to be held this morning at 10:30 in the Methodist church in charge of the Odd Fellows.  He was a member of the A. O. U. W.
