Longmont Ledger (Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado) Friday June 1, 1900 Page 3 DIED KITELEY--At the Kiteley home, Thursday morning, May 31, 1900 of appendicitis, Clarence Arnette Kiteley, aged 17 years, 3 months and six days. Like many cases of acute appendicitis, the call to Clarence was comparatively short. He was the fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Kiteley. He worked on the farm until Saturday night, although the trouble had commenced. He was one of those helpful willing workers, always trying to make it easier for those around him. He will be missed greatly because of that trait of his character. He had passed through the graded school and entered the high school, but did not pass through as he preferred the life on the where he was born. The funeral services will be held at Kiteley residence at o’clock this Friday morning.
