DIED

PHELPS--At the Imperial Hotel, Longmont, Thursday, Oct. 18, 1900, of paralysis of the heart, William Roger Phelps, of Victor, Colo., aged 43 years, 1 month ad 21 days.
Mr. Phelps was ex-president of the Miner’s Union at Victor.  His mother Mrs. Margaret T. Adams was with him when he died.  The remains were placed in charge of E.G. Jones, who embalmed the body, and at the request of Mrs. Phelps will send it to Victor today.
