Longmont Ledger (Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado) Aug 6, 1897 Page 3 DIED BIEDERMAN--At Teller, Colo., the result of an accident,Aug 2, 1897, Amiel Thos. Biederman, aged 35 years. A telegram came to Longmont Tuesday, carrying the sad intelligence that Thos. Biederman was killed at Teller, near Creede. Later, we learned that a tree fell on him. Fred Biederman started for Creed to get the remains, but went no further than Denver, when it was agreed that Chas. McGwire his brother-in-law should go in his stead. The latter was detained by washouts, so messages were sent ordering the body to be sent to Longmont. It arrived last night, and will be buried at 10 o’clock this morning. No services except at the cemetery.
