I am not related to this family… Longmont Ledger (Longmont, Boulder County, Colorado) Friday, April 11, 1902 Page 3 DIED OAKLEY--At Gold Hill, Tuesday, April 8, 1902, of the grippe, Mrs. Lulu Charolette Oakley, aged 18 years and 15 days. Mrs. Oakley was the daughter of Ben Ballinger, of Mount Zion, and was married last June. She leaves a husband and a babe about two weeks old. E. G. Jones went to Gold Hill Tuesday and brought the remains to Longmont. The funeral services were held on Thursday.
