NOTE: I can not seem to find the exact date that Mrs. S. E. Armstrong died, but this is such a nice dedication to her.
RESOLUTIONS.
Whereas, Our sister, Mrs. S. E. Armstrong, has been removed from her earthly, to her heavenly home; therefore be it Resolved, That we, as a W. C. T.C., express our sympathy to the sorrowing relatives and friends in this their hour of bereavement;
Resolved, That we cherish her memory as on who thought her life was ever ready to lift up the fallen, care for the needy, and stand true to her convictions of right.
Resolved, That a copy of these resolutions be sent to her bereaved family, also recorded in the minutes of this Union, and copies sent to the Longmont Ledger, and the W. C.T.U Messenger.
