Greeley Daily Tribune, May 20, 1938 Lincoln H. Oney Dies of Injury Received in Fall Lincoln H. Oney, 78 of 410 11th Ave., Greeley, died at the Greeley Hospital Friday morning as a result of injuries sustained April 26 when he fell in his yard while carrying a bucket of coal. Mr.Oney sustained a fracture of the left leg above the knee which he never recovered. For 30 years was engineer for Kuner Empson Company, but at the time of his injury was retired. He had lived in Greeley 50 years. Survivors include his wife: Mrs. Fannie B. Oney, and two children, Dana A Oney and Mrs. H. Neal Snouffer, of Greeley; and three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Saturday at 3:20 o’clock from Macy’s drawing room, with interment at Linn Grove.
