LONGMONT TIMES Dec 30, 1963 Mrs. E.L. Baird Is Dead at 89 Mrs. Emma L. Baird, 89, died in Longmont Saturday after a lengthy illness. She was the wife of the late Rank D Baird. A son, Frank died in Longmont in 1959 and her daughter, Mrs. Anna George died Dec 22, 1963. Mrs. Baird was born July 10, in Kansas City, MO and she and her husband came to Longmont in 1918. She is survived by a son, H.S. Baird of Phoenix, Ariz, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Lewellen Funeral Home,with burial following in the Mountain View Cemetery in Longmont. The Rev Stanley Goerner will officiate. NOTE: Emma is buried with her husband Frank Block 49, Lot 39. There is Space reserved for a H.S. Baird in Block 49, Lot 49...but there is no headstone there....empty spot. Maybe he was never there or he was moved.
