My best friend told me that one of our friend told her about my ex-boyfriend and good friend Arthur Clayton Howard Jr. passed away after October 20th to December 2009. He passed away in Urbana, Illinois. I want to know when he passed away. I need have obituary newspaper so badly. I will never forget him in my life. I respect and honor him.
