Ertel Funeral Home Cortez, Colorado DELOS FULKS Lifelong resident DeLos Fulks passed away December 10, 2009 at her home in Cortez, Colo. She has found rest after a long illness. A private memorial celebration is planned for late spring 2010. DeLos was born in Moab, Utah on March 3, 1941, the daughter of Alice and Bruce Striley. She lived most of her life in the Montezuma County area, settling in Cortez. She had a special love for animals and was known for adopting and supporting animal rights. Surviving DeLos are her two daughters, Kelly Borns and her husband, David of Albuquerque, N.M., Carrie Nettles of Cortez; grandchildren, Carrie Snow of Albuquerque, Sara Snow and her husband, Nathan Bogue of Albuquerque, Van Snow of Albuquerque, Troy Nettles and his wife, Kim of Marrietta Ga.; and great grandson, Jayden Nettles.
