HAVNER, Grace M.

Grace M. Havner, 75, died Jan. 2, 2007, at Columbine Manor Care Center. Mrs. Havner was born Sept. 18, 1931, in Oak Park, Ill., to Chris and Mildren (Green) Pappas. Mrs. Havner was a member of the American Legion. She enjoyed bingo, was a past classical pianist and loved being a mother and grandmother. Mrs. Havner was preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert Havner. She is survived by her son, Dave (Beverly) Palm, Buena Vista; daughters Kathy Hicks, Deborah Sperl and Rachel Bouley, all of Phoenix, Ariz.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date. Friends who desire may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association through Lewis and Glenn Funeral Home. Chaffee County Times
