KENYON, Megan E.

Megan E. Kenyon died Saturday, Feb. 10, in Wichita, Kan. Kenyon was 25 years old. She was born in Leadville on Nov. 20, 1981. She went to school in Leadville and later moved to Wichita. Kenyon studied sign language and hoped to someday have a career with the hearing impaired. She loved her time in the Girls Scouts as a child, especially a memorable trip to the Grand Canyon in sixth grade. She was preceded in death by her brother Majon D. Norcross, who died in 1995. She is survived by her mother, Deborah Kenyon, Leadville; her father Robert D. "Butch" Kenyon, Matheson; and two brothers, Mark Norcross, Monroeville, Ohio, and Rob Kenyon, Leadville. She is also survived by her grandmothers Beatrice Norcross and Carol Bryant, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Services were held on Monday, Feb. 19, at Bailey Funeral Home Chapel. Herald Democrat
